Chocolate Truffles is a form of chocolate confectionery. Truffles are also an ultimate chocolate delight, and cream and chocolates are used in making them. The central part of these truffles is very soft whereas its outer coating is done either with tempered chocolate, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, confect    ioner’s sugar or finely chopped nuts.

Practical demonstration of Liquor Truffles
Practical demonstration of Spicy Truffles (Chilly flake truffle, Minty flake truffle, Five spices truffle, Cappuccino cinnamon truffle, Nutmeg truffle and Cinnamon truffle)
Practical demonstration of Fruit Truffles (Orange candied truffle, Mango candied truffle, Lemony tangy truffle, Fig truffle, White chocolate ginger truffle, Christmas truffle and Pinacolada truffle)
